One life, several languages
The thread between the worlds.
I came to this work through the body.
Dance taught me presence, timing, and relationship. Yoga and meditation deepened the inquiry. Writing gave it another language. Artificial intelligence opened a new field of questions.
I inhabit these worlds together. The thread is an interest in consciousness, connection, and how we become through the relationships we practice.

My background includes professional performance in The Lion King, yoga teaching since 2002, and longstanding contemplative study.
I hold an MFA in Creative Writing from Wilkes University. Years living and teaching across cultures, including Copenhagen, continue to shape how I think about belonging, difference, and the structures that support a shared life.

I founded Trivian Institute to develop educational pathways for the digital era. I am interested in how humans and AI might evolve together while preserving agency, difference, and care for the living world.
