Embodiment

Practice

The body is part of how we know.

Attention has a home

A practice of listening and response.

Yoga, meditation, movement, and breath have shaped my life for more than three decades.

I have taught yoga since 2002, in studios, festivals, and learning spaces across cultures. Practice is an ongoing relationship with sensation, attention, and the conditions of our lives.

Ways into practice

Embodied intelligence.

These practices invite participation with agency. There is room to adapt, pause, and find a relationship with practice that fits your experience.

Movement & embodiment

Attentive movement, responsive pacing, and room for individual difference.

Meditation & contemplation

Practices of attention, silence, and inquiry that make room for what is present.

Learning together

Workshops connecting embodied experience with creativity and our changing relationship with technology.

Preserving the source

A life spacious enough.

Rest, play, movement, relationship, and silence are sources of intelligence.

They preserve the diversity of experience from which new thought can emerge. They belong in the life we are building.

An open invitation

What might we discover together?

For speaking, workshops, systems consulting, literary conversations, or a collaboration that crosses categories.
