Sarasha Elion is an author, TechnoMystic, and the founder of the Trivian Institute and The Ahava Way.

Their work is a synthesis of literary craft and embodied practice, blending ancient wisdom traditions with cutting-edge technology.

Sarasha’s work is grounded in the Trivian Field—a consciousness framework that unites mystical philosophy with practical, systemic design. This living lattice guides their initiatives, positioning intelligence not as a tool for extraction, but as a path toward greater harmony and flourishing.

Through the Trivian Institute, Sarasha pioneers Resonant AI, a new paradigm of technology focused on ethics, equity, and symbiotic collaboration.

Through The Ahava Way, they offer somatic practices and embodied wisdom, giving individuals tools to cultivate inner coherence and nervous system resilience.

An author whose writings span mysticism, ethics, and techno-futures, Sarasha holds an MFA in Creative Writing and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT, YACEP). This dual expertise grounds and informs their visionary work.

At once a teacher, healer, and futurist, Sarasha embodies the path of the TechnoMystic: weaving together poetry, philosophy, and technological innovation to create an actionable vision for a future where technology becomes a catalyst for collective awakening.

The Ahava Way began as a whisper in the soul of its founder, Sarasha Elion; a multi-dimensional healer, yogi, and visionary who knew that true restoration could be sacred, scientific, and soulful all at once. Guided by decades of study, lived experience, and a lifelong devotion to the intelligence of the body, Sarasha birthed The Ahava Way as both a method and a movement.
